You will have to just look around to know how youth obsessed today’s world is. Everywhere there are ads for miracle creams that will either stop signs of aging or remove wrinkles or help you to grow back your hair, etc.
This and other such observations have been duly noted by the website “A 2 Z of Health, Beauty and Fitness" to show how we are spending millions of dollars to regain our youth. In this endeavor, removing wrinkles seem to be the foremost method in keeping one’s youth. So here are some of the most common methods employed to remove wrinkles:
2. Tropical Cream: There are varieties of tropical creams that will help you to remove wrinkles, according to “A 2 Z of Health, Beauty and Fitness" website. The more effective creams, which also fight acne and skin damage along with tackling wrinkles, have tretinoin or Vitamin A acid. The user may see skin irritation and peeling but it is still advisable to use the cream till peeling stops. A natural substance found in fruit and milk, alpha hydroxyl acid or AHA, slowly remove wrinkles by going deep into the skin. According to the same website, your everyday moisturizer and antioxidant can also help you to remove wrinkles provided you use it in daily basis.
3. Chemical Peel: Three types of peels are available according to “A 2 Z of Health, Beauty and Fitness" website that help to remove wrinkles. The first, superficial peel, mostly have hydroxyl acid (may also contain trichloroacetic acids) and lasts for about 15 minutes. It however does not penetrate the skin too deeply. The second one has mostly trichloroacetic acids and penetrates the skin. The medium peel lasts about an hour. As the name suggests, deep peel lasts for 2 hours and phenol is exclusively used. If you undergo this form of peeling to remove wrinkles, be prepared to be in the hospital for two days and then rest for at least two weeks.
4. Laser removal: There are two types of laser treatment available for those looking to remove wrinkles. Caron dioxide beams are used in the process of laser resurfacing and it can remove wrinkles one layer at a time. Professional plastic surgeons use it along with other treatment to stop aging like face lift. But the procedure has serious side-effects like discoloring, scars, burns and even infection. On the other hand, non-ablative laser resurfacing uses light beams to remove discoloration and spider veins and activate collagen remodeling.
5. Cosmetic surgery: Many kinds of surgery are used by surgeons to remove wrinkles, chief among them being brow-lifts and face-lifts. These kinds of surgeries, according to “A 2 Z of Health, Beauty and Fitness" website have very little side-effects and are termed as minor surgeries. Basically both the processes are same; the skin is pulled tightly so that wrinkles in that area are removed instantaneously. The difference between the two is how much area of your face is undergoing this treatment to remove wrinkles. In a brow-lift, upper half of the face, from the nose, is subjected to this surgery while in face-lift, the entire face is done.
